Sweet sausage

Sweet sausage is a recipe that dates back to medieval times. The main ingredient is pork, which is crushed and given an elongated shape in the form of sausage or frankfurt.

The characteristic that distinguishes it from the other sausages is that this time sugar is added to the meat, giving it a very distinctive sweet touch.

You can eat cured, as if it were a “fuet”, or cooked, in a pan with sweet wine and apple. In short, this is a surprising and versatile product.
